Dance Photographer in New York City
The success of the photographs you see on my dance photography portfolio … well, that is largely due to the general awesomeness and the discipline in training of the dancers. But I will take credit for picking complementary and / or intriguing background, and also good light. Most of the photographs you see here, have had additional lighting – off-camera flash – to give more punch to the photo.
The behind the scenes photos below show how the off-camera flash is used to enhance the final results we get. For me, this really makes a difference in the final set of photographs, because now we can control the light, and we can control the exposure of the dancer, compared to the background. It all comes together just beautifully.

NYC Dance portfolio : video examples
These videos showcase my best images that I have photographed of various dancers and ballerinas, against the backdrop of New York City. The Urban Ballerina theme is creative one that I enjoy. We’ll work together to map the locations where you’d want to visit and be photographed. All part of an exciting visit to Manhattan and Brooklyn areas.
